Our global partner network includes both repair factories and smaller repair shops. Thanks to our central IT platform, we can ensure consistently high process and quality standards worldwide. In other words, a small repair shop in the Caribbean can perform complex repairs to the same high standards as a repair factory in Germany. Drawing on the results of our in-depth fault analysis, we are in a position to place repair work with the repair partner best certified and equipped for the job. This narrows down the source of the problem and avoids duplicate work.
