To keep your service and warranty costs under control, you need a firm handle on your aftersales processes. We assign clearly defined work packages to our repair partners and monitor their execution. Our repair partners can only claim for those services and spare parts that fall under the work package placed with that partner. By recording all products electronically, certifying our partners and automatically allocating spare parts to repair levels within our system, we make sure that repair partners can only bill for services actually delivered.
