We manage after sales and warranty businesses in over 50 countries, responding to consumers and customers in over 30 languages. We have integrated 8 large scale call centers, over 100 repair partners, more than 100 logistics providers and over 1000 service points into our global network.
We are exporting and importing spare parts into 25 EU countries and over 25 countries outside Europe, with lead times not exceeding 5 working days. In total we facilitate availability for over 5.000 different spare parts we source independently.
Our service levels range from supporting 4h break fix models for high availability equipment up to 10 working days for consumer electronics products. We deliver our service twenty-four-seven.
