Munich/Stuttgart, November 11, 2009 – The Stuttgart-based financial investor Grazia Equity has invested in the service and warranty provider B2X Care Solutions in Munich. The announcement was made by both parties in Munich^.

B2X was awarded the prize of “Bavaria’s Best 50” in July 2009 by the Bavarian Department of Trade and Industry for their successful growth strategy of recent years. At present, the business has also acquired several major contracts within just a few weeks, amongst these with the Korean electronics company Samsung in South America, and with the mobile phone operator Orange in Europe. The investment of the private equity company Grazia at this time will secure the further successful development of B2X.
