B2X is the best for quality and environmental protection
The Munich-based service and warranty provider B2X Care Solutions has been certified according to ISO 14001:2005 since the beginning of the year. This international environmental management standard gives the business rightful claim to sustainable development and management. B2X already successfully achieved certification according to the quality standard ISO 9001:2000 in 2008.
“We are the outsourcing partner for the entire after sales process chain. In order to achieve success with this business model, our customers must place absolute trust and confidence in us, otherwise it just doesn’t work”, commented CEO Karim Barkawi. “ISO certification is a globally recognised seal of quality. This hallmark helps us to build this trust with our international customers right from the start”, added Barkawi.

The ISO 14001 standard, which was first introduced in 1996 and subsequently revised in 2004, establishes standards for environmental management systems with the aim of promoting environmental protection and continuously improving the environmental performance of companies.
