BenQ Corporation mandates B2X Care Solutions with the management of warranty services for BenQ, BenQ-Siemens and Siemens brand mobile phones
With its customers’ best interests in mind, BenQ Corporation today selects B2X Care Solutions to process warranty service for BenQ, BenQ-Siemens and Siemens brandmobile phones. As BenQ Corporation’s central service provider, B2X Care Solutions offers warranty services such as technical support and repairs in the European, Russian and Latin American markets.
Munich B2X Care Solutions GmbH was retained as the central service provider by BenQ Corporation to assume management of warranty services for BenQ, BenQ-Siemens and Siemens brand mobile phones in Europe,Russia and Latin America. The process of warranty services such as repairs and technical support for these mobile phone brands is effective immediately. Today’s announcement does not change current warranty services for BenQ, BenQ-Siemens and Siemens brand mobile phones in Asia as these will continue to be handled by BenQ Corporation.
B2X Care Solutions has a worldwide network of specialist service providers. Furthermore, warranty services such as technical support, mobile phone repairs and the supply of spare parts within the manufacture warranty period will be maintained. BenQ, BenQ-Siemens and Siemens brand mobile phones in Europe, Russia and Latin America under valid manufacture warranty accepted by BenQ Corporation are covered by B2X Care Solutions. Mobile phones produced after January 1st, 2007 will be covered by this service only if they are produced by BenQ Corporation.
Barkawi Management Consultants will support BenQ Corporation and B2X Care Solutions in the framework of the structural reorganization of the warranty and repair business. The specialist consultancy, which focuses on logistics and after-sales services, will support BenQ Corporation and B2X Care Solutions with the concept and cost-efficient implementation of the warranty services.
