Both companies offer outsourcing services in the supply chain management area. B2X Supply concentrates on B2B services, for example in telecom networks, while B2X Care primarily provides services for end-user products such as mobile phones and notebooks. There are differences in the covered process chain as well: B2X Care focuses on service management, repair management and warranty processing, while B2X Supply provides its customers with procurement, stock planning, distribution and supply chain event management.

CEO Karim Barkawi explained the merger decision: “This step allows us to overcome a separation that gradually developed between perfectly integratable service ranges. Communication with our customers will also be simplified by the single company name. Moreover, additional synergies will result from the combined B2B and end-user business. This will further support our growth path.” Just last July B2X won the “Bavaria’s Best 50” prize as one of the fastest-growing enterprises in Bavaria.
