The Munich based Service and warranty provider B2X Care Solutions extends its global presence to China. The company offers services to the mobile phone and consumer electronics industry and is now present in the important Chinese market. At the new location in Shanghai five direct associates and multiple resources at its outsourcing partners across China attend to the B2X customers.
